ok so i paid off a loan for 1,728.00 on tuesday. i went into the store today wednesday to get my papers that said paid in full. i ask for my voided check back and they said it was at the corporate office and would be mailed to me, so i stated that they would not be drafting my account again because it was paid in full. and she replied that it takes 4 to 5 days to stop that process and they would be drafting $119.00 on friday. ans my refund would be in a form of a check and take 3 to 5 weeks to get. i replied by saying and how much interest will i be recieving on my money for that time and she laughed. then she composed herself and replied none. is this legal. i am so glad to be rid of this company. i will never use a payday loan again i'd rather starve. by the way there finance charges are 290.00 %. ouch!! thanks kit-kat

Ok. i have a direct debit set up with swinton for my car insurance every 26th of the month. This december I got paid on the 18th and i have left no money in there for my direct debit to come out when they took it out on 29th decemeber. I was angry as I had no letters to confirm this and no phonecalls. Which car insurance doesn't charge for points?

I went to traffic school for two speeding tickets last year, however when I received a quote they ran my drivers license and saw I had two points on my driving record and my rates sky rocketed. The speeding infractions remained on my DMV record but I do not reflect any points because I completed traffic school. I heard that some car insurers don't necessarily go by the points, but they go by infractions... WHICH car insurer will ignore the points as a result of my completing traffic school? ps. i live in california Thanks in advance.

I have 2 homes, one in New York and Pennsylvania. My Pennsylvania address is my primary and I commute to NY for work, but my insurance company is raising my premium and quoting for NY which raised my policy considerably. Even though I have proof that my primary is in PA they are still changing my policy to NY. How do I fight it and have them honor my policy?

I will be attending college full time starting in the spring at Lone Star College in Kingwood, Texas. It is just a 2 year college. I will need insurance from my medicine that I take daily, and seeing the Doctor, if needed. I am in Texas, and will be on a tight budget, as I don't know if my job will let me work part-time or not. I've tried Farmers insurance and Geico. Both places quoted around $240-$280 every 6 months (or monthly payments). I did an online quote at Progressive and got a quote for around $180.00 (which was much cheaper). But I don't know if I filled the information out right? Finance question about payday loans?

ok so i paid off a loan for 1,728.00 on tuesday. i went into the store today wednesday to get my papers that said paid in full. i ask for my voided check back and they said it was at the corporate office and would be mailed to me, so i stated that they would not be drafting my account again because it was paid in full. and she replied that it takes 4 to 5 days to stop that process and they would be drafting $119.00 on friday. ans my refund would be in a form of a check and take 3 to 5 weeks to get. i replied by saying and how much interest will i be recieving on my money for that time and she laughed. then she composed herself and replied none. is this legal. i am so glad to be rid of this company. i will never use a payday loan again i'd rather starve. by the way there finance charges are 290.00 %. ouch!! thanks kit-kat
